I am asked all the time for my recommendation on certain products. Below, I have put together a list of items I personally use and stand by, or that I have heard a large number of my clients stand by. Guitar Recommendations
Guitars listed below are from brands Lauren trusts. The move from lower price on the left to higher price on the right. The Traveler guitar is a great guitar to travel with and the Baby Martin is a great 3/4 size acoustic.
Guitar Strings, Picks & Capos
Below are some string recommendations. Lauren uses Custom Light Phosphor Bronze strings on her acoustic guitars and the Hyrbid EXL125s on her electric guitars. The lower the string thickness, the easier the guitar is to play, but also, very thin strings can sometimes sound metallic.
For guitar picks, Lauren loves Dunlop Tortex and has a bunch of variety packs below for you to find YOUR favotire pick. Max Grip picks have a great stickiness to them to make the pick easier to hold and the Black Mountain picks are great for those with arthritis in their thumb. I have been told that the D'Addario capo is better for those with arthritis.
